Butter Baker Cafe, located near Sankofa Square (formerly Dundas Square), invited us to paint their storefront. The goal was to create a vibrant and eye-catching design that would capture the attention of passersby and encourage interaction in this bustling area known for its soft-serve cones.

Since the exterior was quite minimal, it was a perfect opportunity to design something bold and playful, incorporating vibrant colors and dynamic shapes that would stand out against the urban backdrop. The colours also take inspiration from the bright exotic flavours of the soft serve such as mango passion fruit and Lychee Strawberry.

The mural, with its vibrant design, is strategically positioned to catch the eye of commuters on the Dundas streetcar. Its lively imagery not only invites curiosity but also encourages people to explore the cafe and its unique offerings.
